Customer Service – Hammond, IN

Are you looking for a summer internship? We are looking for Customer Service Intern candidates in Hammond, IN to assist with onsite and offsite assignments within Northwest Indiana/South Chicago, IL. The pay rate is $14 – $18 hourly depending on assignment.

Responsibilities:

· Draft correspondence and other formal documents

· Assist with planning and scheduling appointments and events

· Greet and assist onsite guests

· Answer inbound telephone calls

· Traveling to different work sites

· Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Previous customer service experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are key to be successful in this position

· Must have own vehicle and proof of insurance
